We will be at Robson Ranch tomorrow (Friday) from 9 - noon and Saturday the Coppell Farmers Market from 8 am - noon. The Sunday flower cart will be out from roughly 10:00 - 7:00 wind permitting (< 15 mph) on Sunday.
In bloom
Zinnias, lisianthus, snapdragons, celosia, pincushions, basil, goldenrod, and gomphrena are blooming. The non-watered parts of the property are crispy brown as is typical for this time of year in north Texas.

Seeds: Cilantro, catnip, parsley, dill, morning glory, bells of Ireland, chamomile, bachelor’s button, love-in-a-mist (nigella), forget-me-nots, cosmos, dara (colored queen Anne’s lace), Mexican sunflowers, gomphrena, bee balm, celosia, cock’s comb, blue spice basil, purple hyacinth bean, hardy hibiscus, bupleurum, and marigold.

BEARDED IRIS RHIZOMES are dug and ready for sale: Pink Opal, Silver Tower, Men in Black, Shannopin, Mariposa Skies, Snoqualmie, Anembo, Goldilocks, First Interstate, Dreamy & Creamy, Stardust Memories, and Victoria Falls.
Farm Tasks for the Week
Still watering and collecting seeds.
Dianthus, snapdragons, foxglove, canterbury bells, chamomile, feverfew, and lisianthus starters are looking good. Had more of the lisianthus sprout this week, so very excited!
Chickens
Egg production is still very low. Hawk was out hunting today, so the chickens got locked up for today. Luckily the crows like to give warning whenever the hawk is hungry.
