April 9, 2026
It’s here!!! Our Annual Garden Tour is tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday April 10th and 11th from 2 - 6 pm. Street Parking Only. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
We will also be at Robson Ranch tomorrow (Friday) from 9 - noon and the Argyle Farmers Market Saturday from 9 - noon at its new location off HWY 377 in front of the Argyle Community Church (414 US-377). We will not have a lot of flowers at the farmers markets so that everyone can enjoy them in the fields during the garden tour which means the Sunday flower cart will be heavily stocked this weekend.

Farm Tasks for the Week
Finished the oak leaf clean up, yay! Permanent planters are all mulched.
Planted out two trays of celosia, two trays of zinnias, and another tray of sunflowers along with our first dahlia and scented geranium attempt. The lime basil has all sprouted but are too tiny to transplant.
The ranunculi are all dug out, dried, and stored. Waiting until after the garden tour to dig out the anemones.
Chickens
The mulberry bush is still alive! Eggs are still at spring pricing. Spruced up their coop for the garden tour. They really thought it was spiffy so they dug more holes and through everything around to get it back to the way they like it, a complete mess.
